If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it or to exchange it for a different size we would be happy to do so provided you return it to us within 14 days of the date on the invoice.

Simply fill in the returns form that was enclosed with your order and post your purchase back to us. We suggest that you send it recorded delivery as we will not exchange, refund or replace items that are lost in the post. On receipt of the item we will credit your debit/credit card with £5.00 which we deem to cover the return postage cost.

Please note all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, with the Knock on the Door label still attached. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the item has been soiled, damaged, worn or the Knock on the Door label removed. If this is the case the item will be returned to you and a refund or exchange will not be issued.
